While in the hospital having heart surgery this phone #501-512-5066 kept repeatedly calling. Knowing family’s concern, I answered. The man said he’s call from the SSA regarding the COLA increase & could help save me $$$$. I shared I was having surgery, advised from the SSA would never call me & I’m on the DO NOT CALL LIST & hung up. He text replied “I hope you die while in surgery”. I replied I would share w local police & BBB. His reply “Do what ever ***** ***!” [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: SSA] [Location: PA, USA- 16001]
