Person called my husband identifying himself as Captain Ricky Brewer with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Badge #8413. He said he was calling because I didn't show up for a jury pool for the Civil Process "Voir Dire" Docket. He left a number with my husband for me to call, 502-402-2771. I called the Jefferson County Jury Pool number and a lady told me it was a scam, that they never call potential jurors and the Sheriff's office in not involved in the court business. So I called the guy's number and he was very harsh with me, practically yelling at me, asking what was my excuse for not showing up.
