I used AT&T service as part of a government program called Lifeline Wireless. I couldn't get AT&T to unlock my phone. But this is what I got from AT&T: We apologize, but this device is linked to an account that does not allow device unlocking, so we are unable to unlock it. I therefore search for assistance by typing "where can I get my AT&T phone unlocked?" This website appeared, and after reading the conflicting reviews, I paid to have my phone unlocked because I had to use it for work. Mobileunlock sent me this email: 5026802428159536 is the unlock code, but when I enter it on my phone, I get this message: Incorrect network unlock code entered, and it's still not working.
