They advertise as a store in New York with good merchandise and even pictures of a location. One of their messages showed a New York address: AVARON NEW YORK 249 Smith St Brooklyn, New York 11209 NY and the package that I got showed a sender's address of: Shipping Department 2407 W. North Ave. Melrose Park, IL 60160. To say that the merchandise is substandard in every single respect (quality of fabric, cut, design, color, etc.) is a gross understatement. It is cheap, coarse, and poorly made; it is not even the work of a competent seamstress. I have been in touch with them by email (the only way to contact them) for a return and they offered first a 15% reimbursement, then a 30% reimbursement and finally said if I wanted a full refund, I had to send the merchandise back to an address in China (below), at my expense, despite the fact that one of their emails claimed 100% satisfaction guaranteed and another one claimed that if the customer was not satifiied they simply had to return the merchandise (the implication being, obviously, to New York). Thanks for anything you can do to avoid anybod else falling for this scam.
