I contacted Dante Green via his website for a SuperBox media device. We met in person and I paid $380 to his associate Jazmine Green via Zelle ((510) 612-7955). As soon as I returned home to use the device, it was defective and unable. I contacted Dante Green via text for assistance but he ignored me. I then reached out to Jazmine Smith as she was the one to accept the funds. She is refusing to honor her businesses return policy of 30 days. I cannot dispute the funds due to Zelle.
