CALLED FROM 512-231-2104, DID NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL - WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY ANSWERED WITH "LITIGATION OFFICE" - I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THESE CALLS A LOT LATELY, SEEMS TO BE AN UPTICK IN SCAM CALLS LIKE THIS THROUGHOUT THE HOLIDAYS [BBB Scam Type: Debt Collections] [Business: LITIGATION OFFICE] [Location: TX, USA - 78217]

Received a message on my cell phone from number 726-900-5546 and to my family members from the number 512-231-2104 - The person said they were from National Process Service and gave a reference number. She said this was a formal notice about a Non-compliance Notice being filed against me and if I have not received it by mail to call the number given and it will be sent certified to me. She also said the litigation can move forward legally without my response in two days. She gave the number 855-328-3043 as a call back number. And to consider myself notified.
