DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Boots were ordered on 31 Dec 2025. Item was delivered on 15 Jan. Item is counterfeit. Advertised as genuine leather with fur. What I received was cheap plastic and foam. They also didnt fit. The item was delivered in a bag with no box, no label, nothing. On 15 Jan (same day) I requested a return label. Between 15-29 Jan, there have been 13+ emails exchanged and two phone calls made by me. The phone calls lead you nowhere. The emails stall asking for more information one at a time. I complied promptly with every request. The last request was a picture of the product which I sent in JPEG format and they responded claiming they couldn't open the attachment and asked me to send it in JPEG format. I informed them that they are being reported and Im filing a formal claim. Below is the address from the website for returns- that never seem to happen. I still don't have a label from them.
