Pch faker beggars They called on Wednesday afternoon @3:26pm saying I won a PCH sweepstakes. Franklyn Douglas was his name and sent his photo id He sent a form that had to filled out; and said it had to be cleared with government in order to transfer the prize. After getting the numbers to my account, he connected to my paypal account and deposited funds from my bank (2000.) to paypal which the money was removed from paypal. After the fact, he said that was a fee which would be reimbursed. When he couldn't get something from 1 account, he would try to coerce my in trying to exploit more money, by asking what limits I had on credit cards.
