CID 520-393-0163 registered to G. Hoelscher Called me claiming to be from Guardian Life. I reached out to guardian, leaving the following comment on a complaint field. Not sure if this will actually fall on deaf ears or not... but I thought I would try... I get many calls from call centers that are either contracted through Guardian, or just saying they are from your company. Out of roughly 80-145(avg) calls a day, a small amount of them claim to be your company, Possibly only 10-15% of those calls... Many times I attepmt to explain that I am not interested in more products, as I feel I am already covered enough for my familied needs. I am met with some of the rudest responses, from people claiming to be your company. I have been told to go F*^& myself, F*^& my mother, Or they will come F*^& my children, or just simply to F*^& myself... I have recently actually spoken to an agent, just to see if I can get past them to speak to anyone higher up in either the company, or the call center to lodge my compaint with their agents... After 28 minutes this, someone condescending, yet partially polite "agent" hung up on me, upset that I was wasting her time. I don't know how much control over this you have... or if this is even your company, but I will also forward this complaint to the BBB, FCC, and any other authority I can get to listen. This behaviour of these rampid "Telemarketers" who won't answer the simplist of questions, before cursing someone out, and hanging up on them, is very comparable to harassment. Since I feel how detatched most companies are from their contractors...
