I received a call this morning regarding that I owed money to Check-N-Cash, which I have never gotten a loan from them in my entire life. They threatened me with taking me to court. This company has done this to me and I was scared even though I knew that I never got a loan from them, I freaked out and did the dumb thing and paid them. This time I won’t stand for this, I will not fall for this scammer ever again. The responded they will take me to court, but this time I told them I will not pay for something that I did not do. I said to file paper work as they said in my county. My reply is well file, and you will hear from my attorney, and I will also file a lawsuit against Cash-N-Dash and Champions Strategy Holdings. I hope that I made it clear that I will not fall for this. Please stop them from taking advantage of elders or basically people.
