At November 17th, 2025 I filled application for my business trademark name - "USinvents" and got confirmation from USPTO and at the same time I made post on my Facebook wall informing people about this step. At the 18th November, 2025 at 5:35PM NY time I got call from Virginia phone number -571 234 1822 and man represented himself as a representative of USPTO and gave me some questions about my trademark etc. Later he asked me how I would pay fee of 420$ which was suspicious because I had paid 350$ as required by law to USPTO and I disconnected call.
