I booked a trip for March 31 to Ixtapa Mexico. I did not take the trip and I called to get refund. I spoke to a Christopher at (602) 846-4134 on several occasions who told me that the only way to get money back would be through CashApp, Klarma and ApplePay. He had me do several transactions through those sites such buy bitcoin, transfer money into my ApplePay, etc. During all instances and under false pretenses, he told me money would be refunded within ten minutes, which never happened. I contacted my bank to report the fraud and filed claims. Monies are supposed to be credited back to my account. However, I’m still out $314.99 for the original ticket price.
