The scammer called from 615-876-5211 and asked for my name and address and dated of birth and phone number the scammer pretend to be making a appointment for me to go to doctor. At first I missed the call but I call them back thinking that I missed my transportation home, but the person answered was a women in inspired of my personal information as address and dated of birth. She pretend to be making appointment for me to see the doctor and said she was for general hospital or metro healthcare group. I didn't realize it was a scam until I call Metro Healthcare Group an asked about my appointment and they told me I had no appointment for that date.
