I bought a mobile scooter for my scheduled trip for the price of $299.00 on March 2, 2026. I needed it for my trip on 3/27/26. Farley enough I received it by fed ex on March 4,2026 @ 3pm . We put it together and found motor was broken. All inside motor was whossing out with a slime texture. Did not turn on at all. Charged the battery for a few hours, and tried again. No Luck. Called customer service to try to help resolve problem, but no answer. Sent an email because there site had a message if you have it for 72 hours they awesume all is ok. The replying message was it has been escalated for further review. I got a call next morning from someone non speaking english....tried to explain the problem and just got hung up on. Next email I explained what can I do with this non functioning scooter, they replied a couple days later to send an email with a video. Which is not possible. So I called again and sent to voice mail. So I went to website again and tried to chat, It said my chat was sent to escalation and got cut off. Tried calling again with office hours on the voicemail return. Finally asking for a return item number, they emailed me asking for my order number. I sent it and after a few days they replied I had bought a working refurbished unit and the only solution was to replace the motor with no guarantee it would work. Time cutting short for my trip. I accepted the new motor that took additional 4 days to arrive. New motor installed with no success. So fustraded now I called my bank and reported fraud because I purchased the item willingly but it was not a functioning product. My bank credited the amount I Paid. I took the mobile scooter to a repair shop after installing the "new motor they replaced" and the shop said no it had no fixture to the scooter. (Alhambra Everything Medical ) 626 284 2500.
