Ordered a jacket for winter mountain snow (see Pics) that was discounted 50%, in a tan color, hooded with fleece insulation, heavy material outerwear (The name they used was "Outland Fleece Lined Hooded Jacket). Ordered on 2/16/2026 and arrived on 3/7/2026. When received, it was a Nylon fabric, hooded, very thin fleece lined piece of garbage that isn't worth more than maybe $12.00 at a Goodwill site, PLUS the color is a burnt orange. Notified Customer Servicer (a Sophia M., Customer Service Lead), who "apologized" and offered me a 30% reimbursement and to keep the garbage they sent. Refused offer, demanded my full compensation. They countered two more times, 40% and then 50% reimbursement, with a note that I refuse their offer, demand my return payment, and I would donate the jacket to a Charity they pick. That was on March 8th. Haven't heard anything from them since and I attempted to call the number listed (626) 505-1506 but it loops telling you to use their e-mail address to contact them.
