I ordered 2 ladies cardigans from this company which were poor quality and not as advertised . I emailed Jupenova to ask about returning these items for a refund. The emails were unanswered. I then received a notification that the about email ( [email protected] " address was undeliverable. I then went to their website that still sends me sales information and tried to contact them again. I never received a response. I tried calling the internet listed phone number of 630-733-1110 and it is not Jupenova. I mailed the cardigans in the exact condition in the original packaging and mailing envelope to the Chino, California address requesting a signature within the 14 day window as directed in the original receipt. USPS states the items was delivered and signed for BUT there is no company at that location named Jupenova. I investigated further into this company with a NEW address listed as 1100 Cranbury South River Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. I have since emailed Jupenova to ' [email protected] " as listed in their sales site and still have not received a response or a refund as of today, 02/16/2026.
