Scam? Yellow placard placed on my car at home. says EER! with a notice "YOU MUST CONTACT US ON PENDING INVESTIGATION" So yeah found this on my car. I am in Georgia. does anyone know about this? sounds like a scam to me. it has a number "INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE CALL 678 251 0652! and I have a case number written in pencil. da fuq ?
