A person named Daren Collins officer badge #1858 pretended to be a Riverside County Police officer called about "2 citations" $150/each and $300 total for missing Jury Duty in August of 2025 which was very questionable since I've never received any mail for jury duty nor citations. I looked him up online and on the RIverside sheriffs department and nothing popped up. There was no caller id. He identified my name, my address, and had my phone number. I gave him my personal email and my new mailing address which is very dumb of me when i thought initially this was a real call. He said i can zelle, apple pay, or venmo the court for the citations the Zelle number is 678-698-3304 or go to a "federal kiosk" located in CVS'. Became more urgent with me when i started to say that I'll go in-person and then gave up when he couldnt get an estimated time frame for when i can send the payment and ended the call.
