Company purported to be a contractor of Hewlett Packard (HP) and offered assistance to set up a my new printer. After working to set up software they said my computer was preventing the software from working and they needed to fix my computer for $199. The printer didn't work as promised. They also tried to sell mw anti virus software. They told me my computer was unprotected. I have an active McAfee anti virus subscription. They refuse to return my money..
