I came across this advertisement for jewelry going on sale because the owner is closing her business. The name of the business showed as Susan Jewelry Co. and I ordered 3 rings and paid online with my debit card, $66.28 on Wednesday 2/25/26 order # SJ421537872. I received emails saying the order is on its way, but after 2/27/26, there were no updates on the order, nor new tracking information. I sent them emails requesting more information about my order and I kept receiving responses but now it says from "Sarah" with the same message "we will process your request as soon as possible" and it only provided 5 numbers of my order# 15378 ?! I keep calling the phone #708-300-9472 as listed on their website, but it's alway with a busy signal. Please, help!
