They refused and drilled out both the upper and lower locks. When that failed they used air bags to blow the door open. They quoted $250 to replace the locks. At the end of the service they demanded over $900. My neighbor came over and talked them down to $759. I felt it was unsafe to keep the locks that they had installed. My neighbor kindly offerd to chang the lock for me. The new locks cost $54.00 and took less than one hour to install. The old locks were removed with no damage to my doors.
