Key Details: 1 Requested payment before any legitimate adoption process or documentation 2 Offered multiple payment methods: Chime, PayPal, Apple Pay, and gift cards 3 Claimed PayPal was 'having issues' when requested 4 Stated puppy would be delivered directly to my door Zelle Information Provided: 1 Name: Kaylee A Black 2 Phone Number: 720-641-1641 Suspicious Instructions Given: 1 “Do not add any remarks when making the transfer” 2 “Send a screenshot after payment” Additional Evidence: The same phone number (720-641-1641) is associated with a PayPal account under a different name: Minica Mena. This mismatch in identity is consistent with known scam or money mule behavior. I did not send any money. I am submitting this report to help prevent fraud and protect others.
