Attended in-person interviews on 4/16/2026. The job postings were deceptive. The roles are actually 100% commission, door-to-door sales for Quantum Fiber services, not marketing or management training as advertised. During separate interviews, was given contradictory information about pay, duties, and schedule. The office appeared to be run entirely by young adults in a make-believe professional environment. We were told compensation is only $400 and is withheld for 2 weeks pending completion of a mandatory "Harvard Business School" course. The role also requires Saturday work from 10:00am to 8:30pm. None of this was disclosed in the job posting. This appears to violate Colorado's job posting transparency laws and may constitute deceptive trade practices under C.R.S. § 6-1-105. Requested Action: 1. Investigation into PMI Sales Agency's job posting practices. 2. Order PMI to correct all job postings to accurately reflect that roles are 100% commission door-to-door sales. 3.
