Centennial Med Supply LLC., 1805 S. Bellaire St. Ste. 480-01, Denver CO 80222-4305, telephone number (720) 986-4960 is charging me for medical services / equipment never ordered. I am receiving statements from Medicare showing these fraudulent charges. The ordering physician, Yussein Aguirre, is not my doctor. Medicare is paying the bill not knowing it is fraudulent. THis is Medicare Fraud by Centennial Med Supply LLC (720)986-4960 . They are billing my Wife for Urinary Catheters which she does not, nor has she Ever, used. They have called her telling her they are sending them. She told them not to send them that they were scamming Medicare. They send the billing through anyway. We have reported it to Medicare 6 months ago. They have just billed it again 6 months later. My wife did call are report to medicare 6 months ago, and again today 3/20/26. They have us filling out an emailed form again. Medicare does not seem to be able to flag this company and their fraud claims!! Her secondary ins DID reject the claim this time. Hope we can stop this bleeding of Govt funds to Off Shore (?) scammers !! 6 claims have been submitted and paid by Medicare on my family members behalf for supplies that he does not use nor did he receive. The claims were ordered by a doctor that he does not use as well. The company has been paid $8820.00 by Medicare and show his responsibility as $2250.00 however we have not been balance billed by the company as of yet. We have notified Medicare of the fraudulent claims. I have called the number listed on their website as well as on the claim submitted and have to leave a message for a return call.
