I received a call from a woman asking to speak with my sister. The number was 727-261-8070. I asked who she was and she said her name was Joyce Garcia. She asked for my sister again and I asked what company did she work for and she said National Document Services. She again asked to speak to my sister and I asked what was this regarding. She said they had a pending legal document for my sister. I hung up and “Joyce” attempted to call back again from a different number, 813-537-0533. This one flagged as scam likely so I didn’t answer. She left a message saying she was trying to reach my sister and left a reference number (552872) and a phone number (888) 490-3159. A second voice came on and it sounded like a recording saying there’s been a complaint filed in their office regarding the file being prepared to be sent out and that I’d have to be available to sign for the delivery. She said if they’re unable to reach me at home they will attempt to reach me at my verified place of employment. She said in order to stop any further action I would need to contact the delivery agent immediately at (888) 490-3159. Said the call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts made to notify me. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 1 [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: National Document Services Date Repo] [Location: FL, USA- 34221]
