Used a sophisticated 'fake' emotional performance beginning in July 2025 to gain trust and access to personal financial information. Found out over time subject has documented addictions/mental issues with overseas gambling, heavy liquor alcohol addiction, violent rage, pathological lying. Stole $1500 and pretended it was to help towards his former job at Gulf Eagle Supply but was used towards his addictions. Family gave back money finally. ?On December 10, 2025, and January 23, 2026, the Subject used unauthorized digital card information to conduct fraudulent transactions for overseas gambling. When confronted, the Subject engaged in gaslighting and verbal rage. This individual operates as a financial predator, targeting empathetic women/other people for monetary 'supply.' ?A formal investigation has been filed with the bank and the CFPB. This report is to warn other residents in the Holiday/New Port Richey area of his pattern of financial abuse and pathological lying." He also used to own a business called Andrews Roofing Services and scammed people out of money and did not follow through with projects. If also claims as a handyman also beware.
