She stated she was calling because I, "had a recent benefit change from Fringe Benefits Trust and Metlife". She further stated that it was, "time-sensitive"-- "You have a couple of weeks before your benefits expire", and she wanted to, "help with options." The call-back number provided is 732-623-7834.
