Business Name: Affiliate Automate ("Chase's Team" / "Chase's program") Contact Number Used: +1 (702) 469-3886 and +1 (740) 563-5662 Representatives Named: Anders, Sean Murray Date of Incident: April 24, 2026 Description: I scheduled a sales/discovery call with this business to learn more about their mentorship/coaching program. Two days prior, a representative named Sean Murray contacted me via text asking to speak by phone before the scheduled call. I replied asking if we could communicate over text instead, which is a reasonable accommodation given my schedule as a self-employed parent. On the day of the scheduled call, I received multiple calls from two different phone numbers — +1 (702) 469-3886 and +1 (740) 563-5662 — prior to the scheduled meeting time. The second number called at least 3 times. This level of contact before a scheduled appointment felt excessive and appeared consistent with the use of an automated dialing system. A representative named Anders also sent a threatening message stating that if I did not respond within 10 minutes, my scheduled appointment would be cancelled and given to someone else. I was unavailable at that moment as I was actively preparing for the scheduled call. The meeting was cancelled. Following the cancellation, I engaged in a text conversation with Anders, who used aggressive and condescending language toward me as a prospective client who had not paid anything. He told me I "don't know how to take accountability" and implied I was not coachable — all because I missed an unscheduled pre-call that was not part of my original booking. The tactics used include: • Artificial urgency and scarcity ("10 minutes or we cancel your spot and let another individual take that spot") • False exclusivity claims ("300-400 students apply through our doors every day") • Use of multiple phone numbers [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Affiliate Automated] [Location: Auburn,
