I accidentally called a toll free number 800-229-6633 number and it should have been an 866 number. When they answered, it went directly to a recording requiring yes and no answers. I answered them with yes and no thinking it was an actual live person and instead it was a recording. They even used vocal fillers such as “um”. Shortly thereafter, we were disconnected. When I realized I had called the wrong number, I called the 800 number again just to see what would happen and the questions were different.
