800-280-3321 FRAUDULENT NUMBER I accidentally just called this number 800-280-3321 instead of Amazon Prime's contact number 888-280-3321. I was immediately informed that I won a free cruise! Since I thought that I had called Amazon Prime and won a free cruise I signed up and gave them my credit card information(stupidly). After talking to them for a few minutes, I realized that it was NOT the Amazon number and that I was being duped by an alleged Carribean Cruise Line number. I had specifically asked before I gave them my credit card if I could cancel at any time and they said yes. As soon as I realized my mistake, I asked to cancel the entire deal. They then put on some asshole supervisor who berated me, insulted me and flat out told me they would not cancel the charge. I threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau and told them I didn't have sufficient funds to pay for the Cruise(a lie, but that's besides the point). He eventually told me that my charge would be cancelled and it would take 15-20 for the money to go back on my card. When I told him I was upset about the customer service, he said they were not customer service agents. They were sales people. I know that it was my mistake for not realizing that it was not the Amazon phone number sooner but my point is, if you accidentally call 800-280-3321 instead of 888-280-3321, know that you have called the wrong number and they will screw you as soon as possible, as much as possible.
