I received an email from [email protected] saying that I would incur a $25 inactivity fee if I did not trade on the site or withdraw my balance before May 22nd 2026, my account would be closed and they would charge me. According to this website, I made an account with Bakkt in 2021. I do not remember doing this. I was able to access the site once, and saw that my bank account was previously connected and withdrew $10. I attempted to withdraw my funds, and it required me to update my bank. I tried to do that and it required me to sign in again. When I tried to sign in again, it told me my account was suspended and I must contact support. I emailed support, [email protected] , and got a message saying that I could not email that address, as it does not accept messages from @gmail.com domains.
