Sears.com pulls a scam. Was needing a replacement charger for my laptop when I goggled the model and ac adapter. One of the first links was Sears.com so I clicked through to find the ac adapter I needed. As it turns out Sears.com was taking the order through their website but it was being sold by their "3rd party partners". Ok for $13.83 for charger, $6.95 to get by 12/12, and 0.86 tax for a total of $21.64. Ill order it since it also said I would receive it in 2 days. Sounded good to me. I order it and it confirms I will receive it by 12/12. I receive my confirmation email which again states 12/12 is the expected date of arrival. I click my order link to also find the "3rd party partner" is Amerimax Advance of NJ. Curious I go to Marimax Advance website and find the same charger listed twice once for $9.96 and another for $11.64 same exact charger Sears is charging $13.86 for. Also all shipping is free on the Amerimax Advance website but Sears is charging $6.95. So Sears.com is marking up the price from as much as almost 40% and charging $6.95 shipping on an item they paid $0.00 shipping for. What a rippoff. Will never shop there again. Called thier customer service line and explained the problem only to get an email saying there is nothing they can do. BULLSHIT! Thanks for shopping with us!
