Guideposts sent my mother a bill for product they say my mother with altimerz/dementia ordered in Oct 21, 2025. I call to despute the bill, as well as to take her off of their mailing listing. I called 12/17/25 to 800-431-2344 and spoke to Nie. She was very dismissive of helping, and i let her know that she will be taking my mothers information of thier system. I also mentioned that bradford exchange did the same thing with her. Scamming elderly like this is uncalled for. Phone conversation was recorded.
