Received what looks similar to a refund check in mail for $199.00. Claimed to be from Caliber Home Loans. Claimed also to be the current lender but are actually our previous lender. Wanted me to call 1 800 540 8428 as final attempt to notify. (There have been no communications from Caliber since our mortgage was sold.) No address or email or website listed for Caliber.
