The inside says it’s from Motor Vehicle Services & does not give their address. They indicate an Approval Code, phone number, term deadline and instruct you to call to verify your vehicle information. Declare that it’s an All Certified ASE Facilities and immediate response to the notice is requested. Letter body says that the factory warranty will expire or has already. Also claims that their records indicate that I have not contacted them to give service contract update. No vehicle inspection needed. They give hours of operation and they give a AP USA FL license # 595253 and explain what all is covered under a new warranty called Platinum: Engine, Trans Unit 4x4, Drive Axle Assembly and more and an extra 100,000 miles of coverage. The warranty extension available to 2027 and New Car Coverage/ Powertrain. A Spanish version for phone number given: 800-721-3839. My vehicle is from 1995. Bought as a 3rd owner and came from out of state from which I live. Factually there is no manufacturers warranty still in existence for a vehicle that’s as old as mine.
