We bought tickets from San Antonio to Seattle unable to attend (Covid) was told needed a written document from our Doctor (which we provided) we were told we’d get a refund waited and waited nothing called back and spoke to Emily Wilson Refunds Manager Smart Fares Refunds Consolidation Desk at 800-758-9586 Ext 424 she said she needed $1,000 to research what happened (and we stupidly agreed we’re elderly fell for it hook line and sinker) needless to say they stopped taking our calls but we have emails of our back and forth I doubt you can get our money back but thought I’d report it ?? for your time [BBB Scam Type: Travel/Vacation/Timeshare] [Business: Smartfares Imposter] [Location: TX, USA- 78250]
