I received a blue postcard from MP Service Center requesting I contact them, ASAP, at (800) 955 0061 regarding a recently closed mortgage. There is no information on this card as to who they are or why this matter is urgent. A quick internet search for "MP Service Center" tells me this is a scam operation. I received a blue post card in the mail stating “My name, This notice is regarding your recently closed mortgage recorded on (date by loan closed). We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at (800) 955-0061 as soon as possible.” There wasn’t much other information on the card. On the top it read IMPORTANT NOTICE: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: MP Service Center] [Location: WI, USA - 54433]

The notice (a post card) made reference to a closed mortgage and asked that we contact them. They posted a mortgage ID as well and asked that we respond by 4/13/2026 using the number 800-955-0061. [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: MP Service Center] [Location: WI, USA- 53126]
