On 4/23/2026 I received a text message from an Unknown Number (808) 562-9357. The number included a photo on what looks to be from the "State of Oklahoma", It appears to be on Letterhead, containing the "Oklahoma State seal", and is titled "State of Oklahoma" (see attached) it continues to read "In the Municipal Court of Saint Louis County Traffic Division", (1st red flag, there is no St Louis County in Oklahoma) It states a case number ***************** (2nd red flag) Being former Law Enforcement, this case number is formatted wrong, this case number is telling me that it is from Missouri for a traffic violation that is going to happen in 2028 It Warns me that this is my final notice, it wants me to pay a fine for unpaid tolls, parking violation & citation. It even shows State Statue 47 O.S. 11-112, This is the Statue for "Not having a child in proper restraint", and 47 O.S 1-101 et seq, which does not exist. It continues that immediate action is required, pay the fine or appear in court and if I fail to act or appear what could happen. It even gives me court information to appear on 4/24/2026 at the St Louis County Municipal court in Clayton, MO. (St Louis County Municipal Court is in ST Louis, Not Clayton, Mo) I also have a QR code to scan to pay fine. There are too many red flags to even count. 1) There is no St Louis County in OK 2) The case number reads that this is a violation in the future 3) The violation section shows 3 violations, one of them "Failure to Pay Toll" there currently are no toll roads in MO. 4) The Statues for the violations do not match, one is "Child not Restrained" and the other does not exist. 5) The court appearance is in MO, not OK, the address and city are wrong, the courthouse is in St Louis MO, not Clayton. 6) There is no Name, Vehicle or Tag info listed. plus, several other discrepan [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: State Of Oklahoma] [Location: Oklahoma C
