My fiance's car broke down in the city of Van nuys California 91401. We called for a 24-hour locksmith nearby because he was stranded. We called Mike locksmith 24/7. That was first thing that popped up with good ratings. It was a call center. They got my information and they sent my number to different technicians that kept calling me back to back. One of them kept being persistent. We were desperate. He finally came out in an unmarked car. No business name quoted $400 over the phone to fix the teeth on a ignition. Upon arrival charge $600 through zelle. To his business called YE service. All he did was replace two teeth on the ignition. Which is under $100. No receipt was given. Upon calling the company back to ask about the sketchy situation they claim. They don't know who came out and and there's nobody with that phone number that I gave cuz I don't know the guy's name. They said there was nobody by that name came from their company fence. Some spam number from New Jersey was calling me claiming that they were the corporate office which was not true. It was a cell phone and a spoof number. Then I called the guy back 818-262-2224 that's his phone number. He was faking his voice and then I told him I wanted an invoice. He sent it to my email. I don't know how he got my email. If he didn't work for the company. He said his boss gave it to him. So that means they're all connected in a locksmith scamming ring. He sent me an invoice through scan pay and forged my signature. He fraudulently triple charged for a job knowing that we were in a desperate situation and I just don't think that it was legit. I feel he used zelle so this way we can't get our money back and there's no paper trail leading back to him. There's no Mike locksmith it's all a sham.
