I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 11-5-25. (I thought I was connected with Amazon.) I was billed for $93.42 on 11-6. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a confirmation email as usual from Amazon. I kept notes supplier provided. Those notes I received after I ordered on line. No ship date given. I was given a telephone # 833-271-7467, #RVTW95RG1 which I accepted as the order #. On 11-12 I finally started wondering about delivery. After much time, I was able to get to what I thought was UPLIFTEX customer service, typed my concern & was told I would hear from someone within 24 hrs. Could not reach UPLIFTEX on the telephone # given. I've spent time with Amazon tonite - they could not help me. I'm now realizing that I've been scammed, Plan to call Chase tomorrow to dispute the charge. I took too much for granted. STUPID. I don't remember giving them my credit card # thinking AMAZON had all the information. The scam came about by way of a Facebook ad. I clicked on the link for Alan Parker and purchased a puzzle board. A couple of days after I ordered it, I received a text from 833-271-7467, Saying the item was on its way along with the tracking number and a link. When I clicked on the link it took me to a website that said that the order number was not found. After more than two weeks went by without receiving the item, I tried reaching out by phone, by text, and by email, all with no response. The website is impersonating the real NodPods website. I received a text confirmation but no email confirmation. The link from the text confirmation, coming from phone number 833-271-7467, does not exist. Company advertising on Instagram, posting multiple times per day. Upon purchase, received email prompting me to download shop.app and cannot find tracking information anywhere. also received confirmation text from +1 (833) 271-7467 with a link to track order. The order is stuck on "confirmed" and based on other people's experiences, I don't think it will arrive. The domain was registered recently and their contact info is missing from their terms of service page. Many people have commented on their instagram posts with similar experiences (placed order, never arrived, definitely a scam).
