Received voicemail from NO Caller ID (later identified as 774-208-9743) Caller, Hannah from the processing department states that legal documents are to be signed for my elderly mother. Call back number is 833-328-6456 and Case ID was given. Caller claims that Capital one is suing "elder mother" for a previous Exxon gas account. Then proceeds to get nasty with me on the phone because, I, the daughter, will not pay the balance.
