I ordered from Facebook what I thought was one bottle at $ 59.00 from Vital Complexion. Immediately upon providing my debit card info I was debited another $239.94. I called 833-334-2766 in an effort to cancel the order and was told no cancellation possible. I waited awhile and called back. I spoke with someone different and said to return product and provided return address and a reference number to be shown on the outside of the box and inside as well. I returned box of many items completely untouched, unopened with reference number. at a cost of $17.70 at the post office. Product received back to them and upon calling to see about my refund, was told there was a "sanitization charge" and I would only be receiving 219.93 so they could resell the product. Since then I have called 1/23, 3/09, 3/26, and 4/09. Told it would be an electronic check I would print out from my email and take to the bank to be cashed. At the April 9th call I told them I would be calling back in a week's time expecting to have received the check between then and now. If no check in my email I would be reporting them to the BBB and state attorney general's office in PA. To date no check- will be calling them today to tell them I have done what I promised since no check has come to my email address.
