I was on the Good Housekeeping site reading a recipe and saw the link to a new system to make money. It was called "Push The Button System." I clicked on the link and was taken to the Push The Button website to watch a video that described the program. At the end of the video there was options to subscribe to become a member of the Push the Button System. They kept increasing the amount to get me to consider becoming a premium member. There was a time system adding additional pressure to sign up. I paid the initial $91.00 and then $297.00 for an advanced subscription. There was a refund 60 day refund policy: "you are entitled to cancel Your Order within 60 days without giving any reason for doing so" so I felt comfortable moving forward. After I paid (apple pay) I went to Better Business Bureau and then YouTube where I learned that the Push The Button System was a scam. I immediately contacted the program through the telephone # listed in the refund policy website (833) 341-0721). The person I spoke to initially offered me 20% back, then 50% back. I said absolutely not. She put me on hold for awhile. When she returned to the phone she said I would get a refund in 7-14 days. I asked for confirmation to be sent to my email address, but I never received any confirmation. I then contacted " [email protected] " requesting a full refund. They asked me to send screen shots of my purchases ($91 and $297) and screen shot of my bank statement that showed my purchase but they kept asking for an ID number from the purchase (which is not there), They said they could only help me if I had the ID number. I told them that I was going to report them to the authorities. [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Push The Button System] [Location: SC, USA- 29927]
