Received voicemail with this message: "Good Afternoon. This is an important message for XXXXXX XXXXXxxx. Last 4 of the social xxxx. My name is Sarah SPanner with the law office of Reinhardt. Our firm has been retained regarding a final legal notice with your name and personal information attached. At this time we are looking to obtain a recorded statement from either you or your legal representation. However, if you are, sir, before your statement is received, but while we can no longer speak with you pertaining to this matter. So to avoid any further legal action give me a call today at 833-423-6134 extension 106. Please be advised this is a final notice before this case is moved into court proceedings and I look forward to speaking with you." I call the 833 number back and spoke with a male who kept saying "they" and "they". When I asked who "they" is, he said MYCASHNOW and said it was loan taken in 2020. I forgot the exact amount he quoted, but it was over 2000.00. I informed him I had been the victim of identity theft and asked for a validation letter. I do not know of any lender by that name and have not received any written correspondence. He said I don't need a validation letter since it is "fraud", then threatened me with arrest, being served and going to court. He then hung up on me and said "Good Luck with that". I called back to get a physical address of his organization or website and he said "See you in court" and hung up on me. The next day the same person called my spouse looking for me.
