I made the purchase 1/15/26 for the so-called free Kinder's spice set. However, before doing so they require you to play a senseless game to reveal which box is the correct box. After that it tells you that you are selected winner for the spice set & to just pay $11.49 for shipping. They recommended using a Mastercard type card (which was a red flag). No where in the fine print did it say you are paying to enter a drawing for this set. Well, the following day these clowns charged my card again for $64.92..At that point I locked my card until I could get a new one. After researching the company’s name (Celestial Flora Essentials) which appeared on my bank transaction detail. I gave them a call at (833) 746-6089. I asked the girl why’d they charge my card again & she said it’s for a subscription to something I knew was bogus & didn’t exist..she kept saying they emailed me a temporary password & that they don’t give refunds. I then asked her when would the spice set be shipped & also told her I’ve never received any email from them not even a confirmation email for the $11.49 shipping cost & that’s when I was told I wouldn’t be receiving the product because my purchase was just so that I could be entered into a drawing to see if I’ll win. I told her all of this is BS! I reported their ads to facebook & they came back after a few days & said nothing was found to be fraudulent or scam with their ads. Facebook is allowing this bs because they’re benefiting by getting paid for the ads. These people are still running these scam ads to get more people to fall for this scam. I’ve been going on every Facebook ad they’re posting & letting others know this is a scam! So frustrating!!
