Yesterday received phone call I let go to voice mail. Husband at concert down town and problem he had was parking rejected his card 3x after he downoaded app.and tried to scan. I also received text message and email. Email looked so legitamate. Phone numbers on voice mail and gmail did not. I phoned Ascend to report possible scam. Scammer only gave phone numbers and gmail sent no reply. Ascend captured his card since he didn't respond to text he got also. At visit with Ascend today they confirmed text was their's, they don't use 3rd party fraud company, voice mail, email and phone numbers not their's. Please make public aware 833-914-0074 is not valid. Due to Ascendfcu protocol, we were safe as long as we didn't call them out of fear not knowing.
