scammer mailed a official blue background looking check marked "allocated waiver" for $199 with a record ID number on it 841-771-9939. Referenced my previous mortgage company "Caliber funding". requested an "immediate response" using 888 phone number. good English speaking people answered and claimed they were reliant home warranty and part of a "home assure care program" that I was required to have by the state of Louisiana. And that a "service advisory" was scheduled for next month on my property and I would lose my homestead exemption of $7500 if I did not secure this program immediately with the $199 payable to them.
