I received an order confirmation for Norton LifeLock Family Pack. When I called the number, it showed it was a Charleston, South Carolina, number, but the address listed it as Albany, NY. The person I spoke to said his name is Robert Williams, his number is 843-302-3392, and the email they used is [email protected] . He wanted me to download an app called ConnectWise Control so he can help me get scammers off my phone. I told him that I would not download anything onto my phone and that I would take it up with my bank, and he said that even if I got a new card number, the hackers would still get to me.
