That contained a link that went to a page asking for confirmation to be removed from the action group. A search on that action group turned up nothing. The portal goes to the Microsoft login page (or one that looks like it) and the www address at the top of the message goes to what appears to be a legitimate Microsoft page titled "Troubleshooting problems in Azure Monitor alerts".
