The scammer claimed to be a lottery winner by the name of Jerry heath. “He” is offering 1 million dollars as a donation to 20 people under the guise that this is “God’s work” and that he is feeling like blessing those 20 people. The number he gave us to “text his agent to confirm” is 1 (843) 377-3571. The person does not speak fluent English and does not text using fluent grammar.
