The early-morning text from "Rosemary Casarotti" on April 6, 2026 told me that she won a $1.2 billion lottery in California. I checked that out, and it proved true. She made charitable donations. She claimed she still wants "to give away $650,000 to 10 randomly selected people here." The title of her text was "20 People." She requested that I contact "her agent, Abbot Warren" with my "claimant code "PCH0" I noted that the final "letter" of the code is a zero, rather than an O. She lists the agent's phone number twice, the second time prefaced by "God Bless America." The agent number is "1 (843) 377-3571" listed in that form. I am very suspect as it is now more than a year after her win. One report indicated she got to take home $571 million after taxes. What would you say about this? The scammer claimed to be a lottery winner by the name of Jerry heath. “He” is offering 1 million dollars as a donation to 20 people under the guise that this is “God’s work” and that he is feeling like blessing those 20 people. The number he gave us to “text his agent to confirm” is 1 (843) 377-3571. The person does not speak fluent English and does not text using fluent grammar.
